210 credits but for 4 days unable to generate a song ?

Green link box pops up for 2 seconds lower right then nothing ?

Also how do i remove the rubbish songs ( ones where i put the likes of male-singer and get a female voice instead that wastes credits and requires multiple attempts to get a male singer as i ask ) ?

And it always said 1 song plus another 2 when generating but i always just get 2 songs - where is the other that can never be found ?

And there is a box that says “ lyrics “ but never ever seen anything in it after generation

of a song ? tried clicking on it and nothing ?

And why when i choose the likes of “ Rock “ will the Ai alter the whole song and generate a “ pop “ song when i never required it, again wasting credits ?

Oh and also been waiting a day for a responce to the email i sent yesterday regarding tyhe 210 credits showing but no song generation for 4 days now ( was 3 days in the email)
